Personalized Care

At TruCare, it is important to us that each resident feels safe and secure. Our trained professionals meet with residents and family members to understand each resident`s personal needs and to recommend the best plan of service. Prior to move-in and throughout their stay, we will provide personalized care that residents and families can trust.

Services & Amenities

While many assisted living communities provide basic services, we are confident you will see how TruCare`s experience will provide the right environment for you.

  • Hospice Care
We make it possible for residents with end-of-life needs to receive excellent quality care without having to leave the comforts of our community. We also provide at-home hospice care by working with a network of preferred providers who abide by established best practices.

Short-Term Program

We provide short-term stays at our communities for seniors currently cared for by family members who need a short break. Our communities in sunny California can be a vacation for both seniors and their family. Our short-term program is also the ideal option for seniors needing special assistance after a hospital visit or during a serious illness. We provide the same high-quality care as we do all our long-term residents. Stays are based on availability.

Training

Each staff member is carefully selected for their compassion and commitment to serving seniors or mentally disabled individuals. Over 20% of our staff has served TruCare for over 10 years and we continue to reward them for their dedication to our clients.

Each employee goes through TruCare`s Universal Training Program, which enhances their skills and helps them provide excellent quality care to our residents` changing needs.  Our centralized operations allow each facility to receive the expertise and preparation necessary to respond quickly to unexpected circumstances.
